The role will involve the following main duties, and located in Malta:

• Handling of FIT bookings/operations

• Development and management of sustainable experiences

• Back office support, day to day operations and administration

• Dealing and negotiating with suppliers to turn ideas into great experiences for our clients

• Offering a prompt, friendly and courteous service to our suppliers and partners

• Assisting other members of the team with various duties

• Reporting to management and handling other company tasks as necessary in a dynamic sector

The ideal candidate must have

• Previous experience in a similar role and qualifications in the fields of tourism

• Speak fluent English. Other languages will be considered an asset

• Certifications showing degrees and relevant qualifications required

• Excellent negotiation, communication skills, and able to work well within a team

• Available references from past jobs

• Be flexible, dynamic, able to multitask and work under pressure.

• Candidate should ideally be a Maltese / EEA / Swiss National.

• Crafting and managing bespoke travel experiences and responding to RFPs with creative solutions

• Managing end-to-end project delivery, from concept to execution

• Building and nurturing relationships with premium local suppliers and international clients

• Innovating new tourism products and experiences that showcase Malta's unique appeal

• Leading on-ground operations and event management

• Contributing to sales initiatives and business development

What We're Looking For

An experienced tourism professional who:

• Brings deep knowledge of Malta's tourism landscape (minimum 3 years living experience in Malta)

• Takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment

• Excels in relationship building and cross-cultural communication

• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Is proficient in MS Office suite and digital platforms

• Communicates fluently in English (Italian and Maltese language skills are a plus)

• Has proven experience in destination management or similar tourism role

• Is an EEA/EU/Swiss national based in Malta
